My New Year's stay was enjoyable. The hotel rooms offered comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the hotel's location was convenient to several local attractions. the complimentary breakfast was a great start to each morning during my stay.
The hotel's staff seemed unresponsive to guests' needs and appeared to be understaffed. , the poor room soundproofing made it difficult to sleep due to noise from other guests.

We loved the privacy that we got from the hotel staff. As introverts, we don't like too much interaction with strangers. So, it was great that the hotel staff respected our privacy and didn't bother us unnecessarily. The hotel was also very clean, made us feel welcomed. We appreciated the almost soundproof walls and peaceful atmosphere, made for a restful night's sleep. the restaurant served a great breakfast, with delicious vegetables. Lastly, the staff were friendly and patient, especially the waitress named Lihle who served us with a smile.
Nothing negative to say; everything was great!

The cleanliness and setup were excellent, making me feel very welcome. The almost soundproof walls added to the peacefulness. The shower was also fantastic and the breakfast was good. The staff, including Lihle and the cleaner, were friendly and respectful.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Location was central and convenient. the room was clean with a comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The noise levels were unbearable throughout the night. Parties with loud music and shouting kept us up.

the room I stayed in was nicely decorated and clean with comfortable bedding. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast with a good variety of food options. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
I did notice some noise from outside the room during the night, but not enough to disturb my sleep.
